Friendly. Some return calls, others don't. Make you feel like you are being looked after.

Bad Points
You're better off finding your own repair company, who will be reliable.

General Comments
I paid my Diamond car insurance premium in full. I am waiting for a courtesy car a week after my car accident - I don't think this is in my terms & conditions!! I have been doing all the chasing. Garage told Diamond that I refused to give credit card details for a hire car, which is not true. I don't think I would use them again. You really do get what you pay for. I thought I had learned that from my previous insurers, but obviously not!
