I had the Hardcore Flat Iron for almost a year. Towards the end, I noticed little things like it wouldnt heat up right away anymore. Then it would not turn on but after waiting an hour it would eventually come on. The final straw was when it overheated causing me to burn off half of my bangs. It did fine the rest of my hair. I contacted the company and they wanted me to pay to ship it back and then send them money to send me a new one. I dont think so
