“I would have to say that Tomy Walkabout Classic is a...”

Written on: 10/10/2005 by marcus Darby (1 review written)

Good Points
Battery on both units.

Bad Points
Reception and interference.
Very annoying beeping that wakes baby up when the reception is lost or if the baby unit is switched off.
Eats batteries.

General Comments
I would have to say that Tomy Walkabout Classic is a total waste of money. It worked quite well for about 3 weeks and now hardly operates at all either on battery or on mains. Intereference is absolutely dreadful and sometimes no reception at all can be achieved even if you are in the room next door.

Buy a digital unit. It is worth the money.
