Legal Scalping
Ace Tickets is legalized SCALPING. Not being from Boston I had to buy my tickets online. Got OKAY seats for $59/each, then they tack on a processing fee and shipping, so all in all over $200 for the 3 tickets. When I got my package and opened them the face value of the tickets was $28/ ticket. What really pisses me off about these guys is the fact that they are the "official" ticket dealer for the Red Sox.
How are these guys allowed to do large scale scalping?

We Purchased Tickets For Lower Level Seats For $15
We purchased tickets for lower level seats for $159 but they gave us $55 tickets for higher level seats. When we tried to tell them that those are not our reserved seats they just told us that they have rights to substitute.
If you have to buy from AceTicket always watch what you are getting. I would strongly recommend avoiding this company.

I Booked Two Tickets From This Website For Reading
I booked two tickets from this website for reading festival on Monday 31st March at a price of £175 each. I then found out from a friend that all orders made on that day had been cancelled and later found that this was because tickets had been posted for sale without VAT. Upon phoning the company I was simply informed that no money had been taken and when I spoke to someone apprantly higher in the company I was rudely told that I didnt have any tickets, there werent any tickets and I would not be going to the festival. I would have thought that they would have witheld a certain amount of tickets from sale to cover the losses of all those who's orders were cancelled and give us the opportunity to buy at the higher price inluding VAT but they sold all the tickets on before we even knnew our orders had failed.I have still not received an email telling me that my order has been unsuccessful and if it wasnt for the fact that my friend had received one I would have no idea that I had no tickets.Luckily there is another batch of tickets coming out in a month or so and I will be attempting to buy one then, all I can say is not to use ticket websites that are NOT mentioned on the Reading and Leeds Festivals official websites.I will certainly be sticking to See Tickets and Ticketmaster in future.
