Rude, rude, rude! Just thinking about them fumes me up...and it's been over a year since I last hosted with them. Their strategy is basically lure as many unsuspecting customers as they can. Once they're set up, the owner just waits for the monthly payments to come in. If people don't pay, he just kicks them out. That way, he doesn't need to provide tech support or anything. As 95% of the customers won't ever need to contact tech support, he can afford losing the 5% of customers that way without much of an effect on his income stream. Evil but some what brilliant if you ask me.

You get pulled into their 'cleverly designed' website with all its awards for greatness. Virtuoso Net Solutions, certainly won me over, plus I found a referral in a forum saying they were 'excellent' supporters. The owner of Virtuoso must have put it there. Their technical services work pretty well but their Customer Services suck (there isn't any). It makes me think it's a one-man operation with a server in the attic or basement using 'glamour' to win over customers.

There ability to write in English is limited to short sentences that don't really come across well in support issues. Making me think that they are either not a native English person or their intellect is limited in that English was not a good subject at school. Not that I have a problem with this but as this is the ONLY means of communication you can imagine its VERY frustrating having what would be a 15 minute telephone conversation take 3 days via emails.

Aggressive nature, rude and definitely NOT professional but technically aware is how I sum Virtuoso up. Not recommended. I am now looking for another host who will 'listen' to my problems and 'speak' to me by phone, not many out there.
