General Comments
I bought a bike from Halfords in Staines for £500. The first time it was used it made a grinding noise from the rear wheel. The bike was returned and the fault was corrected. Next time out the front wheel came loose, so the bike had to be returned. It was corrected and the brakes were re-aligned. Halfords then agreed to do a full PDI check again. On the way to returning the bike for the check the pedal fell off. Halfords fixed the pedal and did a quick check and sent us on our way. Halfords attitude is now you've bought it, you sort it out. Various complaints to the manager get "I'll check it out and phone you back", and I still haven't had a single call. They haven't yet discovered what customer service is.
