I ordered some clothes for my niece never received anything.

I have written numerous e mails and surprise surprise no reply. She has banked my money,and so far I have heard nothing.

Considering this was last year. it looks as if I have lost my money which was over £100.

My husband thinks we should now go to Police.

I have had the same trouble as everyone else - but as an ex journalist I have now taken some extra steps to stop this woman - she's called Barbara Game by the way - ripping anyone else off.

I bought a dress which came and was the wrong size and really poorly made so I returned it and haven't heard anything. This is because the address she asks you to return it to she hasn't lived at for SEVEN YEARS so she clearly has no intention of refunding anyone's money.

The people on here who say they've had good service are talking rubbish - the email doesn't work and there is no contact telephone number - I can only assume that it her or friends who have posted these reviews. I have now reported her to the Police, the local press in her area and trading standards.I have also managed to get the website shut down _ I have also reported her to worldpay who process her transactions -so she won't be ripping anyone else off hopefully!

I purchased a top from these people's the price was £49 plus they charged me £10 for postage. The top was extremely poor quality and I returned the same within seven days. I have written and emailed these people to have not received the courtesy if a reply nor have I received my money back. The bank have told me they can do nothing to get my money back because the item was not faulty. I did consider taking them to the small claims court, but this would only be throwing good money after bad as the courts cannot MAKE them pay. I am so frustrated with the whole business.

This company are nothing but thieves, I placed my order 1 month ago & have received nothing, however they took my money IMMEDIATELY!!! I have contacted my bank and will get my money back. suggest others do the same as most banks/building society can claim the money back for you. DON'T leave it and let these pack of parasites keep YOUR hard earned cash. Just wish I'd read the reviews before I ordered. I will also be informing Google to remove them.

They take your money straight away, send you a confirmation of order ,then you never hear from them again. We've sent numerous emails all with no repsponce. We've also found out that the company had been dissolved in 2010, so all they are doing is stealing money from you.

Someone has got my money - and have no intention of giving it back or sending me my dress.

Please do not use this site!!!

I have marked Curvy Diva as one star as that is for terrrible, which is very appropriate.

I wish someone had told me about this review site before I ordered because I certainly wouldn't have ordered. I have now warned my friends about this site, and told them to check out here before they use a new site, incase it reviewed here.

In November I ordered 2 dresses, 2 top, underwear total order over £200, one was a dress I intended to wear to my daughters wedding, although it said it was out of stock I was informed by Zara that she could get it. The money was taken as soon as the order was accepted. But that was the end of communication from Zara, I have sent many emails, and have heard nothing and have received none of the goods ordered. I have now asked for a full refund and have still heard nothing.

I am really dissapointed, as a larger lady it is difficult to get nice things. But since this problem I have ordered a dress from USA and it was received within 10 days what a difference in service.

I notice the phone number and address for curvy diva is now not on the website. I am sure it was when I ordered.

Trouser Suite was wrong Size in Leg length and Dress was not the one I ordered, I returned goods buy express next day delivery recorded, so I know the parcel was recieved, at begining of November 2010 as yet no refund, first email I sent them to ask where the money was she answered with can take up to 28 days every other email she just does not answer.

Like a number of other purchasers from Curvydiva - I too, wish I had read the poor reviews - which seem to be the majority. I ordered a top at the beginning of December, the money was taken from my account almost immediately. I have since heard nothing. I have emailed three times - nothing. The fact that there are no contact numbers or address,really goes to show that this company doesn't wish to be contacted. They are obviously aware of the horrendous service that they provide (I should say lack of service) and that they would probably be inundated with complaints. Perhaps Zara should pull her finger out and attempt a little

I purchased a dress for a wedding in September 2011 and the dress that arrived was a different colour and fabric to the picture I had seen! When I returned, postage at my expense I received no refund and no communication. I have sent emails to Zara. She simply ignores them. Have tried to get the money back via my bank but they say they won't pay unless the item was faulty?! So lucky Zara has £125 of my hard earned cash in her pocket and her dress back too.

Beware of buying from this unscrupulous company. I wish I'd seen reviews before buying!

the goods were not as shown - and when returned heard mohting - no refund and one year on still waiting to hear despite frequent chasing! disgusted - give online retailing a bad name
