We had a negative experience with John German following a viewing we had for one of their properties.
I absolutely loved the house, and was surprised when John German didn't call to get any feedback. As we were selling our home too I knew how important it was to get feedback from people viewing. When I pro-actively reached out to provide some positive feedback the estate agent couldn't wait to get me off the phone and in the end just hung up on me. How rude! I was only on the phone for 4 minutes in total and still they were obviously so disinterested that they couldn't even afford to be polite.
Would never deal with them again nor would I recommend and indeed I would never purchase from them either. How awful!

What a nasty company do deal with. All I asked was if a property would take pets if we paid a bigger deposit and received the most impolite response ever!
Won't be dealing with them again!

Absolutely Terrible Estate Agents. Some Of Their S
Absolutely terrible Estate Agents. Some of their staff (won't name names) are very rude and obnoxious.
Their communication is awful, reported several problems to their staff and have been told a few weeks down the line that it's the first time they have heard about it.
Very very slow in getting back to about anything, in fact most the time they simply won't.
Avoid like the plague.

I've Been Moving Into My Current Flat For Nearly O
I've been moving into my current flat for nearly one and a half months, despite numerous calls to John German Estate Agents, I still haven't received an inventory list. They said there was an admin problem, OK but why it took sooooooo long???????
They promised me to rearrange pipes so that my washing machine can be connected one month before I moved in, and they said that it's in their system so they won't forget. However, it had not been done by the day I moved in. After 1 month's casing up the request, they still haven't done anything yet. My washing machine has been set in the middle of the kitchen for nearly 2 months now. They told me over the telephone that the landlady hasn't decided how to do it yet. Ok fine, but I requested 2 months ago, wasn't that enough time for her to "think about it"?
This is the worst Estate Agent I've ever came across now.
