“The SLR version of the Canon T50 is a point and shoot....”

Written on: 22/10/2003 by Sparky3404 (1 review written)

Good Points
Uses FD lenses, uses AA batteries.
Very easy to use.

Bad Points
Program mode only. The photographer has no control over shutter speed or aperature.

General Comments
The SLR version of the Canon T50 is a point and shoot. Not a good choice for the serious photographer, but a good step-up for a point and shooter who doesn't want to learn about all those pesky settings.

Uses Canon FD mount lenses which are pletiful and relatively cheap on Ebay.

I primarily use mine as a back-up body for my other Canon cameras. The batteries last forever in these things.
