Good Points
Outstanding picture, editing and Performance. Far superior to other Philips models.

Bad Points
Price is £800 but still worth paying for the quality.

The early Philips models had teething problems however the Philips DVDR1000 mk 2 is their top of the range model &is pure quality.
Be warned, dont use the inferior Philips DVD+R & DVD+RW Disks use the Verbatim brand.
