Suburban Scion Troy, Michigan

The sales person at Suburban Scion in Troy did try to up-sell a few things but that's his job. He was cool when we let him know we weren't interested. Not a problem. He was a nice guy.

We had our own financing, and the finance guy was rude, condescending, intimidating, threatening, and did everything he could to force us into switching and financing with him, including leaving us to sit for an hour and a half while he "made some calls." Classic "cool down" move. He lied about hearing back from our finance company and we would have been forced to wait another 2 days, if I hadn't called the company myself and found out he'd already gotten the okay.

Do not buy from Suburban Scion in Troy. The only reason we put up with this type of abuse is that this was the only manual Scion XA in the whole state. In the end, the car is worth it, but it still makes me furious to think what we had to put up with in order to get it.
