I paid over £100 for a domain name and web space for 3 years with Host Logical
I loaded up the first page of my site.
Everything worked fine,I tried to load some music and suddenly everything stopped working.

My First Domain With Hostlogical Has Given Me No T
My first domain with HostLogical has given me no trouble, but when I needed support, there was no reply to my emails. Like an idiot I purchased two more domains, and now, two weeks later, I still don't have the new domains.

I Found Out By Accident That My Website Had Been D
I found out by accident that my website had been detagged. A client couldn't get access and made enquiries. I have been trying since June to make contact with Hostlogical, but they simply do not respond to my emails or tickets. I have now been trying to transfer my domain to another ISP, but once again Hostlogical will not answer my pleas for help in doing this. To rub salt into the wound, I have just received my access bill showing that Hostlogical have charged me £24.99 - for what???

I was hoping this might be good news, but as of this morning all my domains have been disabled and I am getting no reply from support (as usual).
I Always Try To Give The Benefit Of The Doubt, But
I always try to give the benefit of the doubt, but don't doubt it, this host is (BEEP). I have never had a reply to any of my support tickets, the phone number, is never answered, and messages ignored.
This week the website dissapeared.
Nothing but a headache!
If You Are Looking For A Hosting Company Then Don'
If you are looking for a hosting company then don't use Hostlogical (www.hostlogical.com)!
We had no problems in setting up, and registering a domain name, everything looked ok. Then you cease to exist. When they were taken over by Adur Media (surely they could have bought something better with their money), everything went pear shaped. Our website, along with a lot of other sites, was detagged. We have opened numerous tickets (closed or ignored), sent faxes (ignored), rang a number we eventually found and left messages (ignored), sent e-mails (only ever get automated replies).
We are now in the process of moving elsewhere as we have had no website for nearly two months.
DO NOT register with this company under any circumstances! If you already have a website hosted by them, I strongly advise you to move while you can, remember they are only after your money, and when they have that you don't exist.
YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!!

I Hosted A Website With Hostlogical (www.hostlogic
I hosted a website with HostLogical (www.hostlogical.com) and they have given spotty service availability but you know, you get what you pay for so I put up with it.
Then mid-June comes around and the domain is off the map. This has happened before and I normally give it a day or two, once or twice I've had a response to a support ticket about it and the site has re-appeared.
What made this time different was that I sent an email saying that it appeared the same thing was happening again but I could still access the control panel via the temporary IP address and could they get the domain back up.
Not only did I receive no reply to that email, but minutes later the login details to the control panel were no longer valid.
Still no replies and no site. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS. If the numerous bad reviews do not put you off then you can only blame yourself.
I Should Have Realised That Something Was Wrong Wh
I should have realised that something was wrong when I first signed up to HostLogical (www.hostlogical.com)...
I paid £9.99 extra for the search engine optimisation, which I never got any information about and no reply to my emails. Secondly, the email never worked properly, even when constantly trying to configure the settings to the ones that they said to use. The final straw is that I have just paid hundreds of pounds to put the website on Yell.com and other search engine sites, and I find that the website cannot be displayed. I emailed Host Logical 7 or 8 times, faxed them and put up a support ticket, but got no response from any of it. I have since realised that my domain name has become detagged and Host Logical need to let me transfer it to another hosting company, but since they do not reply, I cannot do this. I have since contacted Nominet, and have already had to pay £15 to get this going, and am aware that the costs could escalate.
Please please please do not use this company.

What Is More Worrying About Hostlogical (www.hostl
What is more worrying about HostLogical (www.hostlogical.com() was that they sent round e-newsletters about free hosting for charities - so I emailed them as I was setting up a website for a UK registered charity - despite dedicating an entire newsletter to this, they would respond to any of my emails (I suspect because there was no financial gain for them)
DO NOT GO with this company!
Since The Last Review I Submitted In January 2005,
Since the last review I submitted in January 2005, the customer support from HostLocal has gone from being slow to non existent. On 7th May I returned from holiday to find that I have been detagged and no one can access my site. HostLogical and its new owner Adurmedia do not respond to telephone calls, e mails of ticket numbers. As far as I am concerned they may well be out of business. All I want to do is transfer my domain which is well known to users but I cant even do this. Unless you want to pour money down the drain stay well clear of HostLogical and Adurmedia.
I had the same thing. If you go to nominet.co.uk, they can retag your domain somewhere else. It costs £15, but theres no other way.
