Hi to all thoes who is looking for reliable moving company. I have used this company is amazing. They packed my items a day before and load up my items 2nd day. I'm so impressed with Mss removal team and I will not hesitate to use them or recommend them to my friends and family. They stand out a bit expensive but I'm happy I made the right choice. In past I used an other removal company but it was terrible experience.

If I could give minus stars I would. This is a no. no. no. no. no. Plays on the vulnerabilities of a person in the middle of a big move! They picked up my things with a smile. Kind guy. Plenty of space in the van to spare. Drove off. I was happy. Then I get a call to say that the load is overweight. They provide a receipt to show this. Could have been from a fish shop. No identifying factor to show it was my things. Told me they would dump my stuff in storage and start charging me for it unless i paid them nearly double what they had quoted on. I called the police. They said I should call their bluff but that it was a civil matter. I paid the excess. My stuff apparently has arrived in storage in Portugal. Perhaps but in what condition and how much of it I cannot say as I am looking for a permanent home and had it delivered to storage. Just about the worst case scenario from a removal firm. Not only that but they told the storage company I was not good for credit. Ya. Ya. So I got worried calls from them too even though I´d paid them their first month in advance.

It's half the price of what other companies ask and the driver doesn't always speak the same language.

Which can make you doubt if this is real or not. But don't be afraid. It's super good service !

Whenever I had a question or doubt, there was always someone who I could call who did speak English.

They guy who picked up the boxes maybe didn't speak the same language. But he was GREAT !

He helped me carrying all boxes, even when he had to park 2 street away as there was no parking space.

The driver might not always speak the same language but there's always another person on the phone who will and is always reachable.

I have just used uk based company from milan to sweden. Driver was there on time and delivery was on time. Therefore i do not mind to use them again . Hard work should be apperciated.

I recently used MSS Removals to shift my stuff from London to Vienna. A quote was easily obtained by taking a photo of the parcels and items I had and they got back to me promptly with an estimate. The price was the cheapest I'd come across. When they arrived in their minivan for the pick-up, they helped to ensure everything was suitably packed for transportation by adding extra bubble wrap on some items.

I required 2 separate deliveries to move all my stuff. The first time, there was a problem which caused a delay of 2 weeks before my possessions finally arrived in Vienna. I wasn't thrilled about the service, but I gave them the benefit of my doubt and used them again. The second time the delivery was made very fast, I think it only took 3 days. In both cases my stuff arrived without any damage - so at the end of the day, I can say I was pleased with MMS and would use them again and recommend them to others.

MSS Removals provide an efficient and trustworthy service. They are very fast in responding to emails and they make an effort to satisfy every demand. Value for money is very good and they want to stand out over competition. Perhaps they could improve in diligence in their communication. This is probably because they are very busy and some details may escape their attention, but it can prove a bit tiresome to repeat the same information or insist on a point. Otherwise I am very happy with the service provided and the care that they show in making sure the customer is happy. I would recommend this service to others and I will continue to use it.
