We used this service for temporary storage during building works. The service was so easy to use, from booking to printing the labels for the boxes, to the collection of the boxes. He was polite and efficient when collecting the boxes. The only thing that was a bit annoying was having the write the label numbers onto the actual boxes too, however I do understand why this is recommended. Overall we think this service is a great idea and would highly recommend to others, as it definitely takes the hassle out of the whole process.

I am moving home recently and i have too many stuffs. It's difficult for me to just do it myself. I heard LOVESPACE from my friend and i gave it a try. The whole team is very friendly and helpful and patient! the person I dealt with was helping me from online material ordering through to the final steps, he's very helpful and patient to answer all my questions. The materials delivery is also very fast and efficient and he asked me do i need anything else, tape etc. - very considerate. The final boxes collection, the other person I dealt with and other staff are also very nice and helpful! They helped me to move the boxes and furnitures from the fourth floor to the ground floor! Just make my life so much easier :) I will definite use the service from LOVESPACE again in the future!

This is my first time using a removal service/ storage company and amazed at how easy and quick it was. I felt aprehensive at first but due to the friendliness of staff i felt completely at ease and would defo recommend them to my friends and family!! The cost is brilliant compared to other companies. Defo give them a try!! :)

I just needed cardboard boxes to move home. I ordered on Monday and they arrived by 10am on Tuesday. The driver was friendly and helped my carry them. The boxes are strong and included bubble wrap and tape. Highly recommended.

Easy to use website. Packing boxes etc received within a day or so of order. Removal staff were on time, polite, patient and very helpful. All went to plan and couldn't believe it was so easy. Very efficient service, Love Space staff kept in touch by phone and helpfully guided me through the process.

Arranging collection and storage for my items couldn't have been easier. I ordered packing materials, which arrived the next day, then packed my things, and had someone collect everything and take it away at a scheduled time. As this was the first time I'd used the service, I had a few questions, all answered quickly and thoroughly through the "chat" function on the website. Fantastic!

I've moved into a smaller flat and used lovespace to store a few boxes that I won't be using in the short term. The war site was easy to use, and gave complete transparency about the various costs associated. I loved how easy it was to see how the cost varied with storage time required. When it came to collection, the options offered were easy to pick and also conveniently early. The agent who arrived was lovely and really helpful, had spare labels and tape, -!: was very efficient at removing the boxes quickly. Great service, happy to be using them.

I've already recommended Lovespace to several people as they fit the bill in several ways. They offer a good, modern service that's more flexible than the traditional storage suppliers. Earlier this year I was selling a larger property and downsizing. Putting stuff into storage with 24/7 access didn't make much sense - it was expensive (with hidden/extra fees), with typically inconvenient locations. With Lovespace, the good service and lack of friction has been convenient and stress-free. I like being able to describe and track my gear online, and being able to call-off one or many items as needed. I've only done this once, but it worked well and is really handy. Overall pretty good value, and they've solved a storage headache for me. Definite recommendation.

I am using LoveSpace to store my belongings while I study away from home for several months. I've packed up alot of boxes and had a lot of pickups! Each time I have been impressed by the site, the pickup staff and the staff I speak to on the phone when I have a query. Definitely one to recommend. I would suggest one improvement, though: I find it annoying that the site automatically suggests that I buy packing materials with my order. I, and I suspect most people, purchase packing materials cheaper elsewhere, and it is annoying to have to delete the suggested boxes, tape and bubble wrap each time. Other than that, great service!
