Complete Illusion

This is the poorest service I have ever experienced. It's genuinely an illusion. As a student, I required a self storage service and this is the first website that popped up in Google. In a state of urgency, I decided to use this service. I admit that it looked very simple but this was a marketing illusion. There are so many hidden costs, from the size and weight of your box to an actual delivery charge.. it's all hidden. They have a collection and delivery time slot that they give you on email but this is completely pointless because you end up waiting the whole day for them to come. When the driver delivered my boxes, he just placed them all on the ground and went back to his van. He didn't give me any assistance at all. The website takes hours to update and the customer service is poor. In fact, an advisor falsely gave me information regarding the price I paid and it happened to stab me in the back. I don't recommend this to anyone. I will never use it again. It's a nightmare for students who are on a tight budget.
