Worst services ever!
Besides having MANY problems with the delivery and pick up, they charged me a full month for not being able to collect my boxes on time due to Covid 2019 (at an exaggerate rate). Fine, it's not like they care for their customers. Then they said they would refund me for 3 out of the 4 weeks I paid for.
I am still waiting for a refund since April 2020!!!
AND they are not answering my emails anymore.
Fascinating how I had to pay every month on time, but they haven't been able to refund me the money for the past 3 months.
