your customer service after taking peoples money is shocking, your staff rude and unhelpful. After paying a lot of money for a remote control buggy and fuel plus extras, the item was not fit for purpose.

Your staff do not know who owns the company or give me details of their line manager. I would definately not recommend your company to anyone. Since ordering these items, which I deeply regret now, I am seriously thinking of going to trading standards about Nitrotek.
