I have had 2 bad experiences at this agency. One involved a recruiter harrassing me and Whatsapping me in the middle of the night trying to take an offer I didn't want. The second time, the recruiter put me forward for unsuitable jobs that weren't really what I asked for, but tried to convince me they were. Consequently I am leaving a job after 3 months as it was completely not what I wanted (no R/Python/Data science, Senior level which I was in no way ready for). All these guys care about is their commission, not your career progression. Also, their website is so dodgy, you apply for a specific role but then they ring you up with no mention of the role you applied for, and put you forward for something else entirely. Just apply directly to a company!

I reached out to the person I dealt with several times and was completely ignored, despite having a very strong CV for the role that I had enquired about, I wasn't even given the respect to merit a response.

Worked with a particular member of the Metrica team. He helped me get my current job which is a great match for my skillset. He was super patient and very helpful at every stage from handing in my CV to interview preparation and then finalizing the details of the job offer. He was very responsive when I emailed asking questions about the application/interview process. Definitely recommend working with him!

From the beginning of my application, Metrica Recruitment were extremely efficient in reviewing my CV, sharing potential roles, and sending job specs. Once I had decided on submitting my application for a specific role and had got past the paper sift, Metrica Recruitment were very helpful in preparing me for the different stages of interview. This included emailing me material to assist with preparation, as well as phone calls to check things were on track. By the end of the interview process and after receiving an offer, Metrica assisted greatly in negotiating different parts of the offer. All in all, a very responsive team of recruiters who delivered a professional and efficient service. I felt that I was in good hands throughout the process and I would have no hesitation in recommending them.

Dealing with recruitment agencies can oftentimes be a nightmare. Fake job postings to unnecessarily long phone calls to run through your CV for the nth time, are only some of the issues that candidates face. I was pleasantly surprised to find that Metrica were the exact opposite. Dealing with Metrica was easy, I wasn't in the market for a new role when they approached me with a spec for a role that they thought would be suitable. On paper the job was ideal and the process was smooth. Metrica helped tidy up my CV, dealt with any queries I had promptly and offered advice to questions I had regarding the on-boarding process with my new company. I would definitely recommend Metrica as the go-to destination for your job hunt!

I worked with the person I dealt with from Metrica whilst seeking a new role. He is utterly untrustworthy and misled me into taking a role that bore no relation to my career development by totally distorting the nature of the role and the cultural environment of the firm in question. Hard-sales tactics were used to force me to cancel my other applications and as soon as I'd signed he stopped caring. As a result I will now be forced to conduct another jobsearch after leaving a new role during the probation period, which is disappointing and has caused serious issues for my career. Do not trust the person I dealt with or Metrica at all. They do not have the interests of their candidates in mind at all and are thoroughly untrustworthy.

As the title says, they suggested great and relevant jobs, and supported me throughout the entire recruitment process. Could not recommend enough.

I had an excellent experience with Metrica. I was approached by them after I had applied for a job on Linkedin that they were handling. The experience really was faultless. Metrica gave me helpful advice on structuring my CV to suit the company I was applying to. Metrica were always timely with communication, managed my expectations well and provided me with useful information right up until the point at which I accepted an offer of employment. I particularly liked how rapid the application process was. Less than a month passed between the first application stage and receiving job offer. I had both a telephone interview and an assessment centre within that time. I highly recommend the team at Metrica.

I occasionally get approached by recruiters via linkedin and typically I feel like I'm wasting my time as they are generally unresponsive, unhelpful, or trying to discuss roles that I would not be interested in. Metrica, on the other hand, have been excellent throughout my experience. They contacted me about an interesting position and contact was helpful, concise, and friendly throughout. Although I unfortunately didn't get offered the initial position following an interview, Metrica took note of my personal likes/dislikes and preferences, and kept my record on file for another day. So a few weeks later they were in touch again about another interesting and relevant role that I would have been unlikely to find myself if searching. Fast-forward a few weeks and I've accepted the job. Metrica didn't stop there (as most would), but have helped me with every step along the way - negotiating contract terms, all the way up to handing in notice with my old employer and starting my new job. I would definitely recommend and I hope they keep me on file for the future!
