“Worst Social Landlords In Existence ”

★☆☆☆☆

written by Quinnfm236 on 27/11/2020

A2Dominion Housing Group/A2Dominion Homes LTD are well known for continued appalling behaviour and treating tenants atrociously, they are one of the worst Social Landlords in existence who harass tenants whom they think have no legal support or redress, even at this time of National Pandemic.

If ZERO review stars were possible this is what we would award however for the purposes of posting we have had to award 1 star.

We cannot fully write what we would like to as it may breach T&Cs however our advice is – if you have a complaints gather other tenants to stand by you if you can.

However do not feel you are alone if you have had or are continuing to have problems with A2Dominion.

Leading MPs have been and do continue to fights against A2 Dominion on behalf of their tenants -

*Read: They Work For You - Clyde House and A2Dominion

*Read: House of Commons Hansard - Clyde House and A2Dominion

To persue justice, fight against A2D as a group if possible.

If you can take legal action take legal action.

If you can fight as a group take ‘class action’.

If your complaints are being ignored or if think you cannot make a complaint or take them on legally because you cannot for whatever reason obtain housing legal aid - please take note even in this unprecedented time of Covid-19 when many organisations are closing their doors due to staffing issues and funding there are still many organisations out there who WILL help and support tenants in legal issues against their unfair landlords with regards to housing issues.

Two such organisations are:

Toynbee Hall Free Legal Advice Centre (FLAC)

RCJ Advice

Both deliver free legal advice to people who cannot afford a solicitor and need assistance with preparing, or dealing with a court case in the civil and family courts.

Both organisations are incredibly empathetic and very approachable - they will help you as much as is possible taking into consideration individual cases.

Also even if you cannot get through on the incredibly busy helpline read the ‘Shelter UK ‘help pages on housing and the next steps to take if you need legal help.

‘Support Through Court’ National Helpline - will also steer you in the direction of support groups and what to do if you are going through a court case with your landlord.

Finally ALWAYS tell your local newspaper and local news channel and keep reporting the issue on Social Media.

If we all keep reporting A2Dominion and keep exposing their unacceptable charlatan behaviour eventually the tide will turn in favour of tenants but the key is you must keep fighting.

If anyone has the time to wants to set up a regular Social Media Page about A2 Dominion complaints many people would join.

Good luck everyone who is suffering - keep fighting and as long and hard as it can get do not give up.
