I'm still trying to sort things out with Skytronik after 7 weeks. I wish I'd seen these reviews earlier! I spent over £700 with them in good faith, the parts arrived in 2's and 3's over several deliveries, with most of them 'upgraded' because of the late delivery. Turns out the 'upgraded' motherboard isn't compatible with my processor, ram or video card and they want more money to give me one that is! They're not getting another penny out of me. I think I'll pay them a visit...

Never sent my order out for weeks. When I did get it the item was faulty. They told me to contact the maker of the product myself to get it changed! Eventually they told me to return it to them and they would refund the postage etc. After loads of phone calls, emails and threats of trading standards after about 4 weeks they did refund my money. Never refunded the return postage costs so ended up about £20 out of pocket. Be warned don't use!

Late delivery, defective goods, refunds only after county court injunction...if this sounds the kind of company you like to deal with, then you'll love Skytronik.

Had dealings with Skytronik twice and will not deal with them again. They charge £8.60 odd for next day delivery by Business Post (in which you have no choice) but NEVER manage a next day delivery. The first time I dealt with them my order was not dispatched because the girl who packages things up 'had a day off'!!!! This time they claimed that I had placed my order after 15:00 on the Wednesday even though I have a confirmation from them stating that my order was placed at 07:38 on the Tuesday. When they were told this they did not even offer a refund of my delivery charge.

www.skytronik.com don't respond to emails, forget to send your order, forget to give you your money back. Do not use.
