After years of PPI cold calls which I never entertained, I eventually relented and after a little confusion in getting the forms delivered to the right address, I instructed We Reclaim. I was 99% certain that it was a fruitless task as I have always made the point of never agreeing to any types of risk insurance or PPI. To my surprise, an old credit card had charged PPI without my knowledge in 1999 and after just a couple of months of We Reclaim identifying this, a compensatory cheque was received. Not 1000's but definitely worth my time working with We Reclaim. Their staff are efficient and courteous and I have no hesitation in recommending them for a professional and prompt service. In fact I've already recommended them to a number of colleagues - and i very rarely make recommendations (or write reviews for that matter).

Firstly I'm nothing to do with Wereclaim, dont know any of the staff personally, have never been to their office and would not recognise any of the staff in the street. I received an unexpected phone call from them and actually thought it was a friend ringing me up as this person was so easy to talk to. No hard sell, no pressure put on me. I explained I had thought about claiming against First Plus but had fallen out with another ppi company due to their hard sell and unprofessionalism.I checked Wereclaim out on the web and found these reviews. I had kept kidding myself that one day I would get round to making a claim but never had, even after thinking about it for several years. I rang them back and decided to go ahead with a claim. I was always able to speak with the same member of staff. If she was not there she got straight back to me by email or by phone. I was updated that they had sent my claim to First Plus. After a few weeks on a Friday I received a letter from First Plus explaining that they were looking into my claim. On the Saturday around 1pm I received a call from Wereclaim and was told that I had been awarded a refund. This was a significant amount of money to us. My Wife and I were totally shocked and the person from Wereclaim was clearly delighted for us. Cheques for both my wife and I arrived a few days later. I cannot thank Lisa and the team enough for what they did. She was an absolute pleasure to deal and speak with and clearly very knowledgeable. I would leave anything thinking of making a claim for ppi this thought. Yes , it is very easy to say I will make the claim myself and save on paying a company fees.However will you make the claim. When or if there are legal issues or the company replies that you don't have a claim how will you pursue this. Do you know the laws and cases that have affected ppi claims over the years and the cases to cite. Getting thousand of pounds back,even when you have to pay fees is much much better than getting nothing. Nothing but praise for the company.  Thank you very much for everything you did for us. I would recommend this company in a second. Bad points I honestly haven't had any. Very Kind Regards 

I am just writing to say how great the service I received from this wonderful company. The whole team are just amazing. Explained everything clearly and without jargon. No hidden charges or long forms to complete. I am so happy with the amount of money I got from my PPI claim. A while ago my bank wrote to me about claiming PPI, pages and pages of forms and requested information, this put me right off trying to claim. you hear all sorts of story's about Ppi but we reclaim is so friendly without being pushy explain what will happen I really don't know how they do it but they do. When a family member advised me to try this my first thought was I don't have the time to get bogged down in a PPI claim. However I was persuaded to give it a go and am very glad I did. The service was excellent, the staff are very friendly whilst also very efficient with a determination to get the best results for you. The fee you pay them is worth every penny as they do all the work for you . I was very pleasantly surprised with the outcome of my claim and would highly recommend this company to any one thinking of making a claim.

If you wanted a no hassle friendly service to re claim money you really didn't think you would be entitled to then try these guys. They were recommended to me by a friend, I honestly thought I would not get anything - what a surprise!!! The staff are friendly, helpful and take care of everything for you. Fantastic service.

We chose we reclaim as we had been looking around at other companies but none of them seemed very helpful , then a family member mentioned we reclaim and said at how easy the process was and how they were very happy with the level of customer care they received. After having debt since I could remember, one day I finally took it upon myself to see if I had any PPI owing to me after having a few essay type application forms from Lloyds saying that I may be owed some money from various loans and credit cards that id had with them going back some years. Id been putting off but I went to the branch and asked at customer services for all of my loan policy ref numbers to which I was told that, by what she could see, there was no PPI paid on any of my loans. I asked her to double check, she was quite confident and adamant that there was nothing there but gave me the details anyway. I didnt bother to fill out any forms after that, the forms were too in depth and what was the point if there wasn't any. Then one day, a friend suggested I try going through it We Reclaim and I didnt look back. They did everything for me and within a matter of months, despite being told there was no PPI due to me (said straight from the proverbial horses mouth) I got a fantastic lump sum payout on several of my loans and a credit card! What a joy the wereclaim team are. I had no idea how much refund I was missing out on..didn't actually believe I had any PPI left as I'd claimed before but with no fee to pay I let the team check it out. All I had to do was sign and date a few forms. I'm so glad I did. The team always kept me informed of what was going on and are a really friendly bunch. They made the whole process really easy for me and were always at the end of the phone if I had a query.
