After 3 years, claiming I owe them money?? Cannot get in touch with any one . Opening times 11-3pm. Phones not answered, then they send in Baylis (dcbl), no one will speak to you if you can get threw to them, when you do very rude people.keep away from them. If you do have problems make notes of times and conversation taken place. Again now complaints with ombudsman taken up .

I am in the same situation, can't even recall using this company. I can't even find a working telephone number for them. How did you contact them.
