I haven't had any problem with the company, yes had few phone calls for extra info.......ive already received one check, just awaiting the 2nd one. Its just a pain they didn't take their percentage before the check was sent. Well after waiting since Sep 2015 i am still no closer to getting an answer. I have been told every 7 weeks or so that its deffinately the last time we need more info. I have also made numerous calls to get an update on my case. With the same line everytime. Managers have promised to keep me updated which never happens then they call you for no reason with no update.. I have recently been asked to contact Opus myself as Think2claim can only email them. I am having exactly the same problems with this company. I’ve just about given up on them. Always asking me to phone them and then not giving any helpful updates but wanting me to sign paperwork endlessly. Fed up

It finally ended but i will recieve nothing. Apparently they sent the CC wrong info and there was no PPI.

I feel your pain. I would call the company who you are trying to claim from to make sure all the info they have is correct you cant trust Think2claim to do it...

“Slow, no communication ”

I made the mistake of going with these guys and after seemingly endless errors and delays I eventually told them to forget it and I pursued the claims myself... Emails supposedly sent from them rarely arrive, post is the same. Telephone communications are sploradic and often inaccurate as well as misleading and cause unnecessary delays… Read Full Review

Think2claim are utter rubbish. It's that simple. My claim has been going for over 3 years (not an exaggeration!) They constantly send out authority and proof of address forms for me to fill out. When ever you speak to someone its like they are reading the same script I've heard a hundred times before. they repeat themselves over and over again. “Inefficient, incommunicative, expensive and slow....”

I am disgusted at the total farce that has been the claim back of my mis-sold PPI insurances. Constant mistakes, pointless phonecalls asking for information that has already been provided three or four times over, "courtesy" calls to tell you information you have already been told several times over!! i was two months away from finishing my iva with Gregory pennington, when I received a call from think2 claim regarding my ppi on my accounts. I have been with Think To Claim for many years regarding PPI reclaim . They constantly repeat themselves sending Letter of Authority letters Out ,proof of Address all which were done over 12 , 18 months ago . Then I had to contact a creditor after being refunded over 12 months ago to confirm the amount and tax ? So they could workout they Fee . They were great at first but so slow now . back in august last year after being contacted by think2claim we asked them to look into any ppi for us. heard nothing for months other than need for information and signed forms of authority. Had enough by january so rang and was told waiting to hear if there is ppi on barclaycard only for it to be realised it hadnt been sent off so told would have to wait another 8 weeks. Just been on the phone today battling with them, Back in April I signed up to Think2claim to investigate any potential mis-sold PPI, signed all the forms promptly and awaited a reply. After (average) 5 calls to them per week asking for updates and being fobbed off on each call, we are now in October and we still don't have any answers for at least 3 of the claims we have made. In fact, it has meant I have had to sign letters of authority twice now because T2C have delayed things so much. Over a month ago two of the companies asked T2C to provide them with information (August 30th) and I have only just found out! (7th Oct), thus delaying the claim by over a month more! 5 times now I have asked for a document to be sent to me after the first one didn't arrived due to a computer "glitch" at their end didn't send out important paperwork I should have received, and despite me threatening to take THEM to the ombudsman, T2C still have not sent the email they said they would... really, really bad service!

Worse company to deal with. No communication at all, provided doctumenfs as they requested and signed numerous documents they asked me to sign yet no one has come back to provide a response. “Poi with gp”

I found out last night that I have been paying poi to go for 8 years. I am with them to help with my debts and they have taken £7.50 a month off me. I am angry as I have cover in work and don't need this!! The guy I spoke to at go was not very helpful and to be honest I don't think I will get this back! “Taken my ppi off me!!”

I went through think 2 claim as they approached me as i was on a debt management plan and they were the sister company helping people get back ppi on old debts or current ones. I had two succesfull ppi claim one of which was a small one and the most recent was a large one regarding an outstanding debt i had. The benefit you have received from reclaiming your PPI is that you have more than halved the amount of money you owe your lenders and, as a result, you will complete your Debt Management Plan and clear the remaining debts included in it that much sooner.

All claims firms will charge a fee – usually a percentage of the amount of money they manage to reclaim on their client’s behalf. Our fee was fully disclosed and explained when you first signed up to use think2claim to make your claim for you.

Endless monthly letters stating that PPI claims are being pursued. These are interspersed with letters requiring additional signed authorities in order to proceed. After signing yet another authority letter, by return I received another letter to stating that there is no PPI to claim. Thank you for taking the time to leave feedback for us.

The first part of the claim process is for us to investigate whether you actually had PPI on your each of your accounts. In order to do this each lender will require your consent for us to act on your behalf through a signed Letter of Authority and they usually request that original documents are sent directly to them.

Once we have confirmed that there was PPI on an account we then investigate whether it was mis-sold. This process requires us to submit a Financial Ombudsman Service Consumer Questionnaire and in some cases another signed Letter of Authority, again individual lenders can ask for original documents to be sent to them.

Once the lenders have got the required paperwork, we must then allow them a reasonable time frame to respond. Unfortunately due to the volume of claims that the lenders are working through many of them are taking quite a long time to do so.

I appreciate that having been through this it is disappointing to discover that there is no refund due on some of your claims. I am pleased to see that we were able to get a refund from one of your lenders and I hope that this makes the wait worthwhile.

“Well worth the effort”

I commissioned Think 2 Claim to reclaim any PPI I was entitled to. The team kept me informed as each progressive step was achieved including which companies were being targeted, where searches had found no entitlement and where we were successful. 2 payments totaling over £22,000 were very welcome. Paying the 25% commission was worth it as we received 75% of something we didn't have. My experience with think to claim was excellent. The staff did all the hard work getting in contact with relevant parties. All I had to do was sign authorisation forms. I got updatez all the eay thfough the claims.Also i would get telephone calls or messages informing me of ptogress. Excellent service. “The process was easy & all I had to do was sign a form...”

The process was easy & all I had to do was sign a form as think 2 claim already had my bank details through their sister service at Gregory Pennington. I was not entitled to any money back as I had expected & received a text informing me of this.
