Damaged Goods And No Communication
Goods arrived damage but have had no response to emails. Phone number is useless as nobody answers the phone. Insurance is a waste of time. Very unhappy with service and communication

Didn't collect on time. Didn't reply to phone messages or emails. Didn't answer phone.Didn't deliver on first or revised delivery dates. Worst pallet company I've ever used.Will never use again

Rubbish Customer Service
Tried emailing with questions as requested but had to wait over 24hrs for an answer, tried the online chat, received one answer and the person never replied again. Once an order has been placed the level of customer service is awful. Will definitely not be using this service again.
