Worst company ever. They collected my parcel on April 22nd. I highlighted the urgency of my delivery and that it will have a Financial impact if not delivered on time. On April 24, they updated their tracking that the delivery place is unoccupied, although it is a workplace and I confirmed that someone was there. After a lot of back and forth to redeliver my package, I received a lot of misleading information. One agent telling me it will be redelivered, while another one telling me it will not. My tracking was updated that it will be redelivered, but then in reality it was not. So it was all so confusing, misleading, and unprofessional. Then the parcel was returned to me on April 30, in a bad shape, and damaged from outside, with some packaging boxes damaged from inside as well. When I reached out for a refund, as not only I didn't get my parcel delivered, but it was also returned after one week and in a bad shape, the agent told me that it is my responsibility to well pack my parcel (which I did). The returned parcel had a sticker of Parcelforce on it, so I am not sure if the company is Interparcel or ParcelForce, or maybe they collaborate together. Bottom line, I will never use their service as it is really terrible and not up to even the minimum standards. They incurred a Financial loss on me, not only by not delivering or returning my parcel on time, but also by damaging the external and internal packaging boxes which I had to replace. I don't recommend them to anyone.

Be sure if you send a parcel abroad with this company, then after a while you will receive an additional payment which will contain information that your parcel is 2.5 kg, they cannot prove this, but they also require you to pay or they will transfer your claim to collectors. Do not use this delivery.

Firstly, they failed to collect on the arranged day and the person waited in all day for them, apparently, they forgot, secondly they applied an charge of nearly 100.00 saying the parcel exceeded 140cm when it was in fact only 123cm

Parcel Shipped From Lon To Syd Gone Missing

A parcel containing 2kg of roasted coffee beans has been shipped from London to Sydney on 30 May 24. The tracking data shows that it arrived in Sydney and then to Welshpool WA on 11 June 24. 3 months later, the parcel has not been delivered to its recipient in SYD. Despite numerous email and phone calls to Interparcel and their local courier DAI Post, Interparcel fails to admit that the parcel is lost and at least refund the GBP 15 insurance cover. For weeks they keep repeating the same mantra that they are waiting for an update from the courier and carrier. If Interparcel fails to ship an item with such a trivial content, I wouldn't trust them with something more complex and expensive.

Do Not Use

I've used Interparcel quite a few times over the last few years but the second you have an issue, they are the worst company to deal with. Due to lack of a decent competitor, I have continued to use them but this is the last time. I sent a parcel with DPD, parcel didn't arrive, Interparcel are just completely ignoring my emails now, despite it being nearly seven weeks since I posted the parcel.

I left them a 1 star review on another website and received a phone call telling me how sorry they were and how it would be passed to the claims department, and yet here we are weeks later and they're completely ignoring all my emails.

They cannot be trusted with your money, do not use them.

Im very happy with chat box customer service assistant,she was helpful with my query ,unfortunately she couldn't give me a time window of my delivery ,BUT, she did very kindly advise me what to do if i had to pop out for half hour ,so thx u for advice .

Dpd Messed Up, Interparcel Ignoring Complaint

Sent a parcel to Austria with DPD. Lots went wrong, DPD messed up and parcel returned after a month. DPD pushed blame on recipient, Interparcel wouldn't follow up to conclusion, just said investigation completed; complaint people ignored emails. Wrote to customer service director, a month later still no reply.

BTW it started badly, they collected the parcel and brought it back here the following day. Had to rearrange collection. A previous parcel was refused due to 'banned items' but they could not tell me what was banned - just regular things. Had to pay an additional fee to change courier.

It seems if all goes well, then using Interparcel is fine. When a courier messes up, they do not follow through.
