Only used this service as daughter never at home to have parcels delivered. Dropped parcel off on 5.3.22 with estimated delivery 09..03.22. Parcel got delivered to wrong store on 15.03.22 . Yodel advised delivered to correct store. I had to make them check again and definitely delivered to wrong store. Daughter travelled to the incorrect store and they wouldn’t let her collect it. Web chat service appalling as long wait to chat to someone and then hit rubbish answers. Do not use and I wouldn’t even give this 0 stars.

I would not even give this company one star. For over a week, my trade-in had not changed from "collected from the store." Buy It direct did not even bother to follow this up. When I contacted them a week later, they said I must give the package more time in transit. Since then I have been up and down between Yodel Collect Plus and Buy it Direct, and my laptop trade-in is now deemed lost. They keep asking me for the same information, but nothing is being done about it. Send postage labels over email, you go and give your parcel with the postage label on it to the closest CollectPlus point, the driver gets your laptop. And you never see the laptop again. Neither CollectPlus or But it Direct have done much about this. They keep saying an investigation is being done, but all they do is check the depot and the warehouse. Nothing was mentioned about the driver that lost my parcel or anything. Of course, it is not at either of those places, if it was it would have been checked-in. So basically, I have now given someone a laptop for free.

After four months, numerous email and calls, still no refund for an undelivered parcel that they have admitted is lost. They have lost my business of sending 150 parcels a month. I liked nothing, they ruined any good thoughts. DO NOT USE

two missing parcels this week they have gone downhill customer service no good and they will not send me claim form best to avoid,emails answered by different people,so its back to square one,only limited time to claim,useless company.

Parcel not delivered, proof of delivery paid for, Three claim forms and after three months they have rejected it. They have not heard the last yet. I would not send anything that you can't afford to lose.

I’ve had parcels delivered 20-30 miles away on 3 occasions, not delivered to Collect+ store I chose (Yodel redirected them) which I find a disgrace - of course I have not collected them. Returns - other day 2 parcels were handed over, receipt I was given shows message of barcode being invalid, appears who served me was scanning wrong one or if he wasn’t, and was simply having an issue, he should have typed it in manually. Reported this to seller & to Collect+, received email from Collect+ saying they were having an issue contacting place I’d used so asked me to go in, ask for CCTV to be checked of when I went in & to take a screenshot of the 2 parcels being handed over. So, expect me to do their job for them. Was disgusted by them anyway but my opinion has dropped even lower. STAY WELL CLEAR - CANNOT BE TRUSTED

They Couldn’t find my address so instead of keeping it in local depo till I phoned, they returned the parcel to the seller within 7 hours With no way to get it back and terrible customer service Avoid this company

Damaged my parcel. Send them clear photos showing damage. No compensation received. I won't matter how many times you phone or email them,they will tell you they have not received your photos. Or else your claim is still under review. They will definitely treat you like with utter disregard.

Absolutely dreadful organization Absolutely dreadful organization - they failed to deliver a parcel to the correct address BUT continue to show incorrect tracking details showing that it was delivered to the correct address - oh no it wasn't and you know it wasn't because you've confirmed via email that it wasn't delivered. Furthermore because of this companys complete incompetence they are allowing the seller in this instance to make a claim against them for the lost parcel and also keep the money that I paid the seller !! I have contacted them SEVERAL times and advised that the management team will contact me within four hour's - over four hours later and no response from them. Contacted them directly on facebook messenger and now being completely ignored. Dreadful experience - they simply aren't interested in any level of investigation or customer service.Refuse to allow me to raise a formal complaint and will not provide details of their complaints procedure or the name of the director responsible for overseeing complaints !!

This company lost my £400 parcel and only offer £50 compensation, I should've used DPD because they force you to say how much the parcel is worth and don't ask for stupid amounts to insure it, but Ebay and paypal advised me to use Shutl, everyone here should join me to go and strike at the Head office of Collect plus.

I ordered an item on ebay on 3 February. It is now 15th February and it is still not delivered. I have been on the phone to them every day this week and they have said it is in the van on delivery. The driver has failed to find my house 3 times. The driver also cannot be contacted on a phone by Customer Services to describe the house etc. I cannot stress enough not to use this service. Always go to the trusted Post Office or buy everything on Amazon Prime.

Collect plus are to be avoided at all cost as not only have they admitted loosing my parcel which took them forever to finalise but they informed the recipient of the lose before letting me know even though has waited 4 days with a reply they promised in 24hrs. To make it worse know that my item is in house of a wharehouse operative if a courier who took a fancy as package had 2 a4 labels attached and was pretty much 3ft tall and a 1ft square weighing 4kg so not easy thing to misplace plus is as tracked also which paid extra for !!! What a joke

CollectPlus lost a parcel that should have taken no more than four days to arrive from the wirral to lancashire. A partial refund given as I did not take out extra cover for not any of my own wrongoing but yes, a driver who has either lost or possibly stolen the parcel. Myself and the customer in lancashire were told different stories concerning what happened to the parcel without any time to consider how someone could lose a parcel from taking it out of a secure delivery van into their own depot. Quoting the customer, "We were both swindled by CollectPlus". What a great business practice to have. All these negative reviews probably mean nothing to them, but as long it helps someone avoid this type of experience then all the ranting has been worth it...Please use UPS or DPD as they both by far more reliable services.

Sent expensive item to my daughter at uni using what should have been a tracked parcel delivery service on 26/9. Courier collected and did not scan my item. Didn’t even reach the depot for delivery and collectplus now advise it’s ‘lost’. I have made repeated requests for an investigation into shop/courier. No one appears bothered. To date no offer of compensation or reply on any investigation. Draw your own conclusions.

Lost my parcel missing for over 2 weeks and was never found yet got scanned in at the depot wasn’t even willing to investigate and was even bothered I’d say good chance a staff member took it I wouldnt recommend this company if it was the only company going so I’d stay away

Basically I've had a parcel to collect from a company. The package has been sent to the wrong collect plus location (I can't access that one) the company refuse to sanction a move to the correct location so I can retrieve the parcel. Seems a bit of a joke to get a parcel from them

They have managed to lose 2 of my parcels in the space of 3 months. When asked what is going on and try to find the lost parcels they just lied and tried to pass the buck. I had to do all the chasing up as they would never call when they promised or emailed when they said they would . In the end I gave up after about 20 phone calls. parcels were lost and they didn't care. Please avoid.

I used collect plus to get a parcel delivered from North Wales to London. The price seemed reasonable and their pick up and drop off stores were handily located. What a mistake. They have messed up at every turn. My friend dropped the parcel off on 11th December, but they lost it. No trace of it anywhere. After 4 days and a lot of pestering from me, they told me they'd locate the parcel. It then sat, inexplicably, in their Llandudno depot for 4 days without moving. Finally, and to my enormous relief, the parcel was transferred to Dartford and I eagerly awaited its delivery to my local grocery store. Yesterday lunchtime (20th Dec) I looked at the tracking history in horror to see that they claimed to have delivered it three times within 12 minutes to my local shop and had, they claimed, been unable deliver it, so were returning it to the sender! I knew this was a lie because the shop is open all day and there's no way they wouldn't have been able to deliver it. When I contacted them, they said it was a mistake but they couldn't deliver it to the store now it had been scanned as undeliverable. I asked why they couldn't re scan it as deliverable, but apparently that's not possible. So it's gone back to their national sorting depot and i am at my wit's end. I have no idea how to get it back as everyone I speak to promises they'll try their best to help and does absolutely nothing. It's no exaggeration to say that if Basil Fawlty ran a parcel delivery company, it would be collect plus.

I hope you're not implying that, because I've left a negative review you won't deliver it? It's been sitting in your depot for the last 5 days, so I've got reason to be concerned. Can you confirm you will be delivering it?

Bought a dress from ASOS for next day delivery . Ad used arrive by 7 pm December 1 st . Item was not delivered despite paying extra for the next day delivery . When we phoned said driver ran out of time as he finished at 7 pm . Called this morning they will nit give the delivery companies details phone number etc and they also lied on the tracking . Item was to be delivered to scotmid store which opens until 10 pm . After complaining about this service they said they cannot guarantee next day dlievery and it was ASOS fault . The. They lied and said delivery attempt failed at 18:27 hours and returned to depot . We had phoned the store and no delivery attempt had been made . So I ad use don’t use this useless company
