Still Failing To Deliver A Decent Service - Use Another!

We also spent the full day waiting for a new laptop computer, having been told it would come “between 8:00am and 18:00” ... and had “left the Hub” (i.e. gone to BP) 3 days ago ....

not happy bunnies, every other delivery agent gives you an ETA once the parcel leaves the depot on the day....

Rubbish Service I Have Received. No Contact Number ,

Hi

As i mentioned in my first complaint your driver came to my house and never pressed the door bell and he just through i card and went. I have submitted a complaint third time including this one as soon as I submit the complaint you keep sending me an automated email saying that "my case has been closed". I have tried to call you several times and it doesn't bloody work. So I want you to call me to sort my bloody parcel out. You still got my parcel and my customer keeps on calling me for there products and if I don't receive my parcel tomorrow morning then you are leaving me with no option but to take this matter further and issue an online claim against you. If I have to issue a claim then I will be claiming loss of earning and if I have to write you an email or make an complaint again then per correspondence will cost you £150 for wasting my time as I have spend 5 hours today sorting things out but I was unable to get through to you over the phone or via email. There is know contact detail at all.

Wasted A Lot Of My Time

No possibility to choose a delivery date, so I had to cancel an important event to wait in all day. Knew the evening event would be ok.

Tracking all looked good - package sitting in the depot just 30 miles away 3 days before delivery. Then on delivery day no updates. Until 3pm when a new entry appears "08:00 Truck Delay". What does that mean? Delayed? It's not coming?

I've now had to cancel the evening event and I'm really not convinced it's going to show up at all.

This is 2017. DPD sends me a 1-hour delivery window in the morning and then lets me track the van so I can tell when it's a few streets away.

Shocking service. And if it doesn't show up today, do I cancel tomorrow's event? Will it show up then? Who knows...

I probably won't order anything more from Dell if they continue to use Business Post Ltd. Just not worth the massive waste of my time.

Verizon And It's Bad Customer Service.

2 different Verizon Wireless reps told me they owed me $130.60 they refunded me $7.71 After 10 years this is they way they thank me.  They are a very missleading company.  My recommendation is to stay away there are much cheaper plans and better customer service elsewhere. The agent clearly agrees and can see that the previous 2 agents promised the $130.60 refund but her hands are tied and I felt like she doesn't really care.  I feel that Verizon doesn't care about loyalty or good customer serviced.  A companies word is their true customer service. I switched to Tmobile and the coverage is not quit as good but it is less than half of what I was paying.  Verizon can keep my $123 but they will never get me back and I plan on tell all about the other options out there and the broken promises of Verizon.  She said they want me to give feedback and train their reps, well that is great but that's just talk and talk is cheap.  Another thing today is 1/10/14 I was over 3 months ago when I transferred my number.  How would they react if I took 3 months to pay them my bill?  It would have been longer but they kept "MY data" plan active for an extra 3 weeks after I canceled it.  Aparently when you cancel with Verizon you have to cancel both or they will keep charging you for the data plan.  Again terrible customer service.  Big company and they don't care about the little guy.  It's time people including myself stand up and let the world know their number # 1 customer is their shareholders not their customers that pay them.

Too Many Data Changes

I received a delivery date message on a Wednesday for a delivery to be made on the following monday, so I made sure I was home on that day.

The next day (thursday) I received a message saying the date was moved to Tuesday due to delays. So I altered work plans to make sure I was home on that day.

The next day (friday - 1 business day before delivery) I received a message saying the delivery date will now be the Monday!

Unsurprisingly I wasn't able to change my plans again and missed the delivery.

Rude, Unhelpful, Inefficient.

Paid for next day delivery and they didn't knocked so quietly we couldn't hear and then quickly popped the card through the door and ran off.

When I called the call center they were really reluctant to help, surly and rude.

They refused to re-deliver even though the van had just left and instead we have to go to Milton Keynes or wait til Monday for another fudged delivery attempt.

Just a rude horrible company.

I Ordered A Pair Of Large Speakers In December Whi

I ordered a pair of large speakers in December which were "delivered" (if that's what you can call it) via UKMail, only one turned up. The driver and customer services said it was never "scanned in" but they did acknowledge collection via the tracking of the item online. They straight up said they had no idea where it was and it was likely the sender never dropped it off and to contact the sender. After doing so the sender promptly sent another speaker, again they acknowledge collection via the tracking of the item online but it was never "scanned in". We are talking about a 4 and a half foot package which would be very hard to miss place. Bottom line is...I still haven't received the speaker, UKMail is rude, surly and dismissive of my problem, irrespective of the outcome I will never use nor would I recommend this joke of a delivery company again. Any business that decides to use UKMails services puts there own reputation a risk IMHO.

Shocking delivery service.. Next day delivery and still not recieved a week later! Been sitting in a lorry for a week. Tried to pick up parcel but they won't allow until parcel is scanned.

they dont deliver on time they keep you waiting in all day from 6 am to 6 pm for delivery wast of time use dhl or someone else
