“Terrible”

Absolute the worst courier company ever. Absolute disgusted with the shambolic ArrowXL. ArrrowXL failed to deliver my large item last Friday and didn’t have the courtesy to tell me that the item was not going to be delivered, I only found out that this was the case when I checked the tracker and it confirmed that the item was being returned to the depot!! All the updates prior to this point until approx’ 5.00pm confirmed that it was still on its way, this meant that I took the day off work for no reason whatsoever. It then gets worse.. without any communication from ArrowXL to confirm any suitable re-delivery dates the item was re-scheduled to be delivered today. I then received the same confirmation texts as the previous ones so I waited in all day again today expecting this item to be delivered by the couriers. When I noticed updates on the tracker showing that there was a 90 minute delay I phoned ArrowXL at approx’ 5.30pm to ask what time it was likely to be delivered, unbelievably I was told that delivery wasn’t possible again as there was a problem with the van and that it had returned back to the depot - so yet again another completely wasted day as a direct result of the incompetence of ArrowXL and I’m fuming. This site won’t let me leave less than one star so I have to reluctantly had to leave them one. The drivers have the customers phone numbers- why on earth can’t they phone customers directly to advise that a delivery is not going to be possible to prevent wasting even more of our time? This is customer service at its very worst.

“Flooded my house, please don't use them”

Please, please do not use this company. They installed my washing machine incorrectly which then flooded my house, 2 months ago. Since then I've been battling with them to pay for the damage. They completely mishandled the claim, first saying it wasn't their fault and I must have had frozen pipes. Luckily, I had recorded the interaction which proved it was the installers fault. They tried to trick me out of the claim and only admitted responsibility after I showed them the video. They have then spent 2 months trying to force me in to getting sub-value flooring, literally trying to trick me out of repairing the damage. It's now come to a point where I have to take them to small claims court. Everything is in writing, including the damage, so I've no doubt that they'll lose. It's been 2 months without a kitchen and untold stress from trying to deal with them. Please, please do not use them.

“Awful company with awful customer service”

Hands down the worst delivery company in the world! Still haven't received my TV that was due nearly 3 weeks ago. Called, emailed and gone on live chat so many times and had no help at all. Had to go back to the company who I bought the TV off so they could raise an investigation. Avoid like the plague!

“Very poor service and failed to deliver”

This company were supposed to deliver an item on behalf of Amazon, they had the item and emailed to say it would be delivered the next day between 07.15 and 09.15. On the day of delivery 7/12 they did not deliver and made no contact. I checked the Amazon app which said the delivery company had tried and fail to deliver on 6/12 , this was completely untrue. On contacting Arrow XL they stated they had not tried to deliver on 6/12 but then stated the order had been changed which stopped the delivery, they could not explain this as I had not changed the order, and gave no reason why they had failed to inform me the delivery had been cancelled. The company stated it would be another week before they could deliver, even though the delay was obviously their fault. I would not use this company or recommend them to deliver anything. If they are unable to deliver they should own up instead of making up unbelievable excuses why they have failed to deliver. When they cancel a delivery they should at least contact you to inform you of the cancellation. All in all Arrow XL offer a very very poor service.

“Awful delivery and Customer service”

Arrow are CLEARLY faking excellent reviews on trust pilot, most accounts only have one review to their name haha anyway, I'm of course adding to the negative pile of REAL reviews as their delivery service told us last minute they COULND'T deliver our treadmill because it was 'TOO HEAVY'. I really like the fact they told us at the last second so we got the day off work to wait in and not during the 10 days I scheduled the delivery. Clearly their staff members are malnourished? or maybe they just need to drink more milk? either way we're now having to wait longer for a more capable company to deliver. The crazy thing is they brand themselves as 'XL' when in reality they're more of a 'S/M' and I'd say around a 28 waist if they were trousers. If they're ever suggested as a delivery option for anything more than a box of chocolates I'd use someone else.

“Inept and incompetent delivery service”

There is far too much to explain in detail. This company is utterly useless. No communication between departments, damaged 50% of kitchen white goods. Send items out to deliver knowing full well they cannot be delivered, so another day on a truck and plenty more opportunity to do even more damage. The next attempt at a delivery will be their 5th attempt. Dispatched from appliances Direct on 2nd August and still I have only one half of my order. That`s one month and counting, maybe it will take another month, maybe longer who knows, certainly not Arrow XL. Will up-date. My advice would be to avoid any company that uses this excuse for a delivery service.

“Appaling customer service”

Still waiting fridge delivery date. Live chat for over 35 mins and they cut you off twice then ignore you. The glossy advertised free phone number link comes up with their logos. as not available. live chat often ha NO agents available. You are TOLD one slot and when you decline it they will not confirm that and again offer only that slot. you then apply again and told only that slot ... then you go around agin. etc. Still waiting for any reply. Also their agent line is over 7p per min. Attempts at any customer service ignored

“Ebay delivery delays”

Order placed through ebay, supposed to be delivered 02/11. Contacted to check on delivery time, told a date needed to be booked in, and the earliest they could do was 06/11. An email saying this had been sent to the ebay seller, rather than myself. Asked to speak to manager, told this was not possible and 'why would I want to' - because my order is going to be 4 days late, due to a screw-up, and will now arrive after lockdown has begun when we are trying to minimise contact, and because if I had not got in touch it would have sat there forever. Have advised the ebay seller to find a different courier for the future.

“Rubbish delivery company”

They are rubbish. I took the day off work for a delivery and have been tracking it on the online app they sent me a link to, and it was still showing I was number 37 and the driver was at delivery number 33, so I was out in the garden. I came in to find they had apparently attempted delivery. That was half an hour ago and the app still shows they have yet to delivery my package. Total waste of a day, thanks for nothing.

“Customer Service is a joke ”

Spent £1,000 on garden furniture for family event, given a time slot of 3.15-5.15, I had to pick my daughter up from the train station from school a 10min round trip in the car. Spoke to cust service earlier in day to ask for message to be sent to drivers that I will be out of the house from 4.45pm for 10mins so if they arrive during this time, can they start unloading and I will be back before they’d have finished. Cust service agent told me no need as driver will call me before hand. Time came, I had to leave no phone call, but I still left a note on my door to say I will be back in 10mins and time for when that was 4.45-4.55pm, when I got home they had arrived at 4.50pm I have a camera on my front door, they did not even try to ring the bell or knock on the door, they also arrived with card already completed, and ignored my note. Took me 35mins to get through to Cust services, but they did nothing as have no power or authority over the couriers. When they contact courier, first of all they said they had called me , then when I protested they said they couldn’t call me as their ‘calling device’ was broken. Their online app still said they were delivering parcel number 41, where mine was number 55, so this was also faulty. They refused to deliver next day as well. I had the garden furniture as had planned a family get together and BBQ, which has now been ruined and the company couldn’t care less. Have wrote to CEO, but not holding out on much hope.

We have just recieved our new television delievered by two lovely gentlemen. They arrived bang on the begining of the alloted time slot With a courtesy call to say they were on there way.They were cheerful and very helpful carrying in the parcel to the room where it was required.I would even go to say they brightened up my day .I would definitly recommend them.

Pleasantly surprised with the good service, text to confirm ETA yesterday, phone call bang this morning from courier giving me a precise ETA, arrived as stated, well mannered hard working guys. Dreadful company, there is no easy way to contact this firm, I have been waiting to be connected on chat for over an hour, it took 23 minutes to get through on the phone only to be told they did not know when our delivery would be re-scheduled. A total waste of time
