“Pointless”

Delivery estimates are, in theory, very welcome and the tracking is very clever but it’s all completely pointless, as APC’s score should be. First they told me delivery 1741-1941 on 16/7. I was only in towards the end of that time but no sign of delivery or card, and the tracking just hung at 7 o'clock anyway. Second time they said 1248-1448 on 18/7 - I was at home all day this time and able to use the tracking to watch the driver fall further and further behind until my delivery estimate… Read Full Review

“Do Not Use!”

A strong contender for the worst courier service on the planet! A package I had been assured would be delivered three weeks ago turned up today! This after numerous calls from the sender and emails from me. Two carded attempts were stated to have been made though I received nothing, two phone calls were apparently made though no record appeared on my phone. “Shocking customer service”

First of all, I just want to say how disgraceful the customer service is. The first guy I spoke to sounded like he just woke up when he answered the phone. I asked for my parcel to re-delivered however come to find out he actually didn't bother putting it on the re-deliver list, so I waited at home for nothing on my only day off. “Dreadful company and staff”

Original delivery was made while i was out. Rearranged delivery online and phoned to double check it was booked. “Appalling 'service'”

“60 Seconds Allowed ?”

Alton Depot advised 60 seconds was long enough to open door/gate, now pick up your parcel from our depot after 17.00hrs (20 mile drive) and female slams phone down on me. Charming behavoir.. in future will be cancelling purchases who use APC. If in doubt check your phone tapes 13.30hrs. When contact was made with our team you felt you had not received the service you expected, a course of action was suggested and you were advised of the appropriate channels to make a claim for a reimbursement. To make a claim you would need to contact the sender of the item as you had directly made a payment for services to them.

We will contact the Operations Manager of the delivery depot to discuss the leaving of calling cards and we thank you for bringing this to our attention.

“Damage to property not paid for”

Trio Logistics is part of the APC Overnight group. Trio Logistics says on it’s website that it’s “a Local, family-run business meaning you get that personal touch”. Yeah right.....! I had a package delivered on 4th April 2017 by Trio, their driver demolished a small drystone wall at the entrance and two posts put there to protect it. Took a.m. off for delivery and spent that time in front garden so as not to miss them and also kept my eye on time for the deliver between times. looked away and checked again, in the time it has taken me to write so far and my phone told me my delivery was (carded)I rang and Told them no one had been to my front door and there was no card other wise I would have seen them or my dogs would have eaten them. Delivery driver don't ring the door bell, rang the number on the card immediately told they will get the driver to turn around as he's less than half a mile away. an hour later you ring again to be told the driver will deliver to you today sir. three days later still waiting for my parcel. “Absolutely hopeless. Avoid if at all possible.”

No thank you. You can't further assist as too much of my time has been wasted already. I respectfully suggest you use your time to sort the substantial problems at Exeter. Clearly, getting a manager in from another branch has not helped. It is really annoying to read "sorry to hear of your experience". Please just do something to improve matters so that others do not have the same abysmal experience that I suffered.

Hi I have to say that up to now we have not had any negative response to the items we are sending to customers, they have all arrived without damage using the next day service. Unlike another courier service we previously used.

Hi - I already have and you replied confirming the item firstly did. It get to your local depot when it should have, and secondly you broke the item before it could be delivered and returned it to the sender

The sender has subsequently replaced the item using a different courier company
