I paid for a shoot with they cancelled on me last minute via a message on facebook.

I have since been trying to get in touch to recover the money paid which seems impossible. reading the other comments it clear to see im not the only one who has experienced this and may have to take court action.

I paid tiptop photography ltd £50 for a studio booking and gave my card details but instead they took £100 which I did not agree to. Upon speaking to them they apologised and promised my money back 3 months later I still did not get paid so I had to call my card money to get payment back. They also closed the studio so I didnt get to use it and refused to pay me back. Speaking to several other photographers a few of them had to take this shame company to court.

booked a course with tiptop which they cancelled last minute. when I asked for a refund they went quite and occasionally responded that they were away on shoot and it will be done by the end of the week. month went by I had no choice but to go to court. open doing a company credit check they have been taken to court a number of times for not returning money. avoid at all costs

I've had a lot of dealings with Tip Top this year ranging from attending training courses, workshops, studio days and their photography club and every dealing I've had has been positive.

They have a real love for what they do along with a friendly and helpful approach to help you grow as photographer or get the best from the service you've bought.

I wouldn't hesitate to recommend these guys and I'll be using them lots more in the future too.

I've finally come down to earth to write my review of Tiptop. We had the most amazing wedding day and Tiptop captured it all. We booked them a year in advance of our wedding, we paid in full at the time and was offered a choice of photobooth or Wedding album on top of the package we had selected. Coning close to the wedding I spoke to a lady a few times to confirm things and responses were always quick. She arranged to meet us at the church for the rehearsal and we went over do's and do not's and all the arrangements.They made everything so personal.

When it came to the day they arrived early to set up and took some of the most amazing pictures without being intrusive or bossy. it was like they were not even there during the ceremony and yet managed to capture the best moments.

Am so glad we had the photobooth as it managed to capture a different side to our guests and all of the guests couldn't say a bad word about them. I met them as photographers and left the studio with my pictures in hand (in a gorgeous USB) as friends x Thank you to you both, you have captured so many of my memories in pictures for me to remember forever xx

I first booked the TipTop Studio at the beginning of 2012. I had previously booked 2 or 3 other studios but since booking TipTop I haven’t looked anywhere else since.

The studio itself is very large compared with other studios and is constantly being updated in terms of layout and design to keep things fresh. It also has a great range of props if required.

It’s great to deal with a company where the owners have the same passion about photography as the photographers that are hiring it do.

Shortly after hiring the studio for the first time I also joined the TipTop Club this gave me exposure to a great set of people twice a month meeting either at the studio or other locations depending on what had been planned to either take photos, learn or hear from an industry expert.

I also have had the opportunity to attend a number of workshops that have been extremely useful and have helped me enormously.

I have also used them to complete family portraits and have also taken my children to Kids clubs that they host on site along with Weird N Wonderful a local animal company.

A great time is had by both the children and adults a like ;-)

I would highly recommend the people I dealt with at Tip Top Photography.

Not only are they lovely people to deal with, they are highly professional and deliver exactly what they promise.

As photographers they are amazing (two of my friends and family members have had their wedding photos taken by them.)and the images are fantastic.

As an amateur photographer, the training and guidance I have received from the people I dealt with has been fantastic and I have learnt so much.

Their studio is well equipped with everything you need and they are both always on hand to help, should you need them.

I have been nothing but happy with everything I have done with them and am looking forward to my next photo shoot.

I recently had a photoshoot at TipTop and was very impressed. I was made to feel at ease and comfortable. The shoot itself was only part of the process as I was emailed with images for me to choose from to have edited. After I had chosen my final selection I was so happy with the final images I would definitely recommend them!

I have used this studio for years and it is a fantastic place to work.

They are the most friendliest people you will meet. They help you out at no extra cost, always willing to give advice and support and even find models at the last minute for you.

Highly recommended.

I bought a lens from this company on e-bay.

They advertised it as 'excellent' & 'EXC++' condition but it was in a shocking state, with damage that was never described in the advert.

They were refusing to take it back until I got e-bay to intervene and all I can say is thank god for e-bay 'buyer protection' as e-bay gave me my money back.

They even attempted to trick me into closing the e-bay case by saying they had refunded my money when they had not.

Their advert was unscrupulous and their goods were of a very poor quality.

I would never go anywhere near them again and I would recommend the same for anyone else reading this review.
