I ordered a Mug for my friends birthday with a photo of her and her husband. The mug arrived with the heads on the photo missing, only their bodies. How can quality control release this order. I have been unable to Live Chat with the company, phone number unreachable and my emails are not been answered.
Absolutely shocking, Im so glad I haven't ordered expensive products. Will never use this company again.
