Ordered photo book in December 2019 guaranteed delivery (gift for my Son in Australia was visiting him over the holiday period) Did not arrive was extremely disappointing. On my return January 2020 emailed photo box regarding order did not receive any acknowledgment or response from email. Rang customer service no explanation other that Christmas was a very busy period full refund offered to be received within 3-5 working days even though I explained the account was closed I initially made payment from. As i suspected no payment received rang back a week later this time was told it was nothing to do with them it was Royal Mails fault?? Anyway basically I now have to wait for them to send a form I have to complete the form return the form and then will get a payment although no timescales and unhappy having to send personal information to such an incompetent company DO NOT ORDER
