In their welcoming email they state that they will pay any cost incurred in breaking the contract to the current telecom supplier. They not only caused greater cost but have to date refused to reimburse for costs incurred. It has been impossible to make contact over the last few weeks, they won't reply to telephone messages left or emails sent, or acknowledge documents sent to them. Be very wary of dealing with this company.
