I like small and smart communication because of its rate. This is the cheapest call rate to Bangladesh I have ever seen. And they also maintain quality. They are not providing any fancy customer support over phone but they promptly reply to email sent to them. I believe this is better than promising so called over phone excellent customer support. I have found their line quite OK so far and I hope they would be able to continue this. Such service is completely outstanding from my point as i did not find such quality with simplecall, lycatalk and so on... Those services simply become silent while there is an issue with line but small and smart communication seriously deals with the issue in so short time. I a amazed. I guess, they can do so because they are not offering services to all countries. They are offering service to 2 or 3 countries and that is why the can remain so consistent. I am surprised and I am hopeful. I want to see, what they bring next.
