Watch out if you try to cancel your so called contract tried to invoice me for 2900,00 avoid this company at all costs.
Have logged the complaint with ofcom!

Scandalous company
Tried like others to move to another provider and was told we were tied into a 5 year contract and had 3 years left. Cancellation charge £1745.00!! They appear to have an audio recording of my husband agreeing the renewed terms in 2015. Funnily enough they can’t send the recording or transcript. Don’t bother either with their offer of matching best offer. All they do is add a new contract on top of the remaining term! So it will then be 4 years! Never again. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!
