Went to Duke's Green, Feltham. couldn't get pump to work at all, pressed to pay at kiosk, kept asking me how I wished to pay, cash of course that's why I chose kiosk, tried, 3 times, then got back in car and drove off, no help offered...

How is anybody meant to offer help if they don’t know what’s going on? Do you want spoon fed? Go inside and ask for help
