Vetsure were extremely helpful when my dog Milli recently had to be referred for an emergency CT scan and furthermore surgery to remove a thyroid mass. I called the team to request pre authorisation documents be sent to my vets but they efficiently explained this was not possible for an emergency surgery due to the admin turnaround, I appreciated this being explained so well. When it came to the claim itself the process was smooth, stress free and easy which is exactly what we needed after a worrying few weeks. Always friendly and helpful on the phone too. Thank you Vetsure x
