my pet insurance that tesco currently provide goes up year after year by a big amount this year i said enough is enough i don't think i can renew at this years new exorbitant price i was hoping for some positive interaction to keep me as a valid & claim free customer no chance the person I spoke to just said that is the price and we will cancel your insurance then no we can tweak this or we can do that none of it tesco answer just cancel much easier
i then decided to call tesco customer services for their response the answer was oh its nothing to do with us its royal & sun alliance who provided our pet insurance take it up with them but it was tesco bank who i called & tesco bank who my contract is with shame on you tesco total lack of sales skills no customer care or customer commitment just pass the buck why don't you
ps my comments were passed to royal & sun alliance weeks ago i am still waiting for them to contact me
