After great difficulty accessing the on line site and trying to talk to the useless bot,I managed to get a policy, since then I have heard nothing, no policy documents nothing, I tried to ring but you can't talk to anyone but the bot, if I don't hear soon I will cancel the direct debit and go elsewhere.

Morning, We are sorry to hear you didn't receive your documents. Can you please email us quoting trust centre along with your postcode and pet namE and we will be able to locate your policy and resend it to you.
