Feline Features London - Mobile

I've just had him round for the frst time to help with my badly matted chinchilla persian. She is very difficult to groom and screamed the house down, but he was patient, calming and got on with the job whilst she fought like a tiger! Very happy with the results and would thoroughly recommend. We will now be regular customers.

I used Feline Features mobile cat grooming service for the first time yesterday and highly recommend them for all aspects of work. I have a 15 year old cat who has digestive problems and stopped grooming himself over the hot summer months. Although I and the vet had shaved the worst bits previously his fur was still very knotted everywhere including his legs. The groomer kept me fully informed about costs, arrived on time, was very professional throughout and removed all the knotted fur. He did a lion cut as that was the only way to remove all the knots. He also clipped tyhe cats nails and cleaned his ears. He mananged to keep the cat as calm as possible throughout. My cat gets very upset travelling anywhere and a mobile cat groomer was ideal for us. The cost was also very reasonable. We did have to wait three weeks for an appointment as he is very busy but it was worth the wait.

A man came to groom our little Persian cat who had a few tight knots on her belly. We decided to have a lion cut on her. He was very calming to her and spoke to her gently through the whole experience. He took his time and always made sure she was comfortable and calm.I cannot recommend him enough. Will definitely be calling him again and will highly recommend him.

Awful service! No higiene!!! The grooming was very rushed and heartless! (The man brought a tool box??, that looked like he had never cleaned since he bought it years ago, all grooming tools were Used and with loads of hair from other cats and you could even see dirt!) My cat and I were frightened after the experience. It felt like a machine with no feelings touching my cat, not to mention how badly groomed my cat looked afterwards, after months I can still see the big flaws. I will never book a service from this man ever again. It’s concerning that he is still operating, nowhere where you can leave a review, and he states he is “vet referred” which I highly doubt.

We contacted Steve through a recommendation and are incredibly happy that we did so. Our initial contact was over the telephone when Steve provided me with some thorough friendly advice. We wanted to get our two persian boys groomed for the Summer with a teddy bear cut. Steve was approachable and when he arrived, he got on with the job. Calm, patient and professional, he put our two cats at ease and handled them gently. For a reasonable price, we have been left with two smart looking cats who are very pleased with themselves. And we're happy not having to hoover as much!

I have had long haired cats for over 20 years and have never managed to keep them groomed on my own. At one point I resorted to taking my cat to the vet who clipped and shaved the underbelly under general anaesthetic. This was clearly a traumatic process for both the cat and myself!

About 10 years ago, I was lucky enough to be recommended by a friend to Steve who has been grooming Persian cats for many years. Steve came along to my home which saved my cat the trauma of being packed into a carry case and taken on a car journey. Henry, my present cat is rather agressive when he's picked up and I thought this may be a problem but Steve's experience in dealing with cats of all temperaments clearly showed and set my mind at rest.

In no time, Henry's claws were clipped and a muzzle slipped over his head. From then on, I was amazed by the amount of fur that landed on the kitchen floor as Steve brushed and combed. The grooming included cleaning eyes and ears and paying special attention to that all important "private" area!

Finally, Steve even applied the monthly flea treatment and Henry was allowed to get back to his cat duties (mainly sleeping).

I must add that all this was done whilst chatting away to Steve who is an absolute delight with a wicked sense of humour!

I cannot tell you the relief I felt that I had found someone so competent. Since that date, Steve comes along every 6 weeks to keep Henry in trim.

If you have a long haired cat and live in the London area, then I cannot recommend Feline Features highly enough. you will not be disappointed!
