What a crying shame it is that Jag Land Rover have an agreement with these incompoops! The Black Horse / Lloyds car finance team have got to be the most incompetent, discourteous and generally useless team of people I have had the displeasure of ever dealing with. It takes 20 mins to get through to a "human" who is only empowered to say "computer says yes/no" and then push a button accordingly. The "Senior Underwriter" is a button pusher who has been there for 12 months longer than the grunts and doesn't have any power to take a view or make a decision - it all comes back to "The Computer says...".

Its enough to make you want to buy another brand of car just so that you don't have to deal with these people. Its no wonder the UK suffered a banking crisis if people like that are allowed to make any kind of decision at all.
