Applied for a loan after totally money gave a 95% chance of being accepted at 3.8, so went to their site to check my eligibility which got a rate of 7.9 which OK was doubled but I was still happy to go ahead. Got approved, esigned the credit agreement and had an email stating, loan had been approved subject to final checks and money would be with me within 2 working days. Now in day 3 and still nothing. No emails requesting documents or phone calls. Based on the reviews I've read, I'm not holding out much hope. I think the process is wrong. I didn't even know aa were a broker. How can you go thru eligibility checks where they credit score you, give you a rate then still decline you. Never known a company to take so long or do things this way.

Hi, can I ask, did you eventually get your loan and if so how long did it take to reach your account?

Yes, but that was after ringing them to find out wot was going on and I can honestly say, they really dont have a clue in regards to the loan process. We ended up cancelling it and going to sainsbury instead...lower apr, trusted company and kept us informed along the way
