I am an ex serviceman and when I left the forces I transfered my forces pension into a buy out pension plan , I was guaranteed my pension would match the forces pension . Well how wrong wads I they wont pay my pension till age 65 so 5 years lost in pension payments and no tax free annuity l they have offered me is £100 as goodwill for stress and a payment into my pension fund which does nothing in relation to late payment or tax free annuity I. am now seeking legal action

Did you ever receive that? They offered me £200 but it never arrived.
