After a 45 minute call in which I could achieve a small percentage of my business and was put on hold a total of 5 times I finally gave up.

Trying to convert a FSAVC pension into a Stakeholder pension was not possible.

Trying to Find out the maximum I could pay into an existing FSAVC pension I was actually told there was no limit.

Trying to change my address had to be diverted to another assistant as the one I spoke with was not authorised to change an address.

Trying to change a Direct Debit had to come to me by e mail and be sent back by post.

Wasts of time calling them.
