Wage day advance is definitely the bottom of the ladder when it comes to emergency borrowing. I placed a complaint with them over a loan I had which ended up going to the ombuds man. The reply from Wage day advance was that my complint had very little ground and it took them exactly 8 weeks to respond. I took this ombudsman who disagreed with them and mainly agreed with me. They give Wage day advance until the 19th of January to action this (which is tomorrow) again not heard anything in the meantime. There are much better value for money services out there.

Was looking for short term loan and as I had used WDA before they sent me an email saying I had been approved and just to log in as existing customer to complete application. Within 10 minutes had been approved can't get much better than that.

Appaling service they updated to a new site doesn't work you can't change your details you can't get money they tell you to ring them you get charged for a 10 minute call all for them to put you on hold 3 times then to be told that your account has been frozen for 24 hours what an absolute load of rubbish close this site down.....

i applied on the Friday , completed application and got on screen message we would like to make you an offer , I then signed the credit agreement and another on screen message saying application complete we are happy to confirm, you are now a wageday advance customer , you will receive an sms to confirm when your funds will be in your bank . it is now Tuesday I have had no sms regarding funds and they aren't in my bank either , load of rubbish cant even reply to emails or callbacks , terrible customer service and certainly wouldn't recommend

after using this company for a few times and always paying on time never missed a payment my application was refused I called there customer service spoke to a rather surely lady who was no help at all just said it was declined no reason given this is how they treat loyal customer they will not be in business for very long I would suggest take your custom else wear as these people do not cear at all

I have been trying to pay them for last 3 weeks a early payment they keep saying it is declining it i rang bank and they said they is no issue and now i have finally made a payment through online banking to the bank details they gave me they are saying they have not received it WORSE COMPANY EVER DO NOT USE STAY WELL CLEAR

had my application made and received email to call them spent 30 minutes on the phone waiting for some one to answer and one did i just hang up.never ever use them they are useless waist of time.

Applied for £300 and was approved for £100. At the time this helped in the situation I was in. I needed the cash for later that day and I had to take the express payment option which meant my £100 then became £85 due to the express payment fee?!!! Had a problem online with my card details but called them up, very helpful lady sorted straight away. Overall very good.

Made an application and took forever. Logged into online members area and states being processed for above a week! I never called them to chase as I went else where and when they eventually called me I cancelled the application.

Applied for a loan online mid evening, got the usual 'provisionally accepted ' response. The status was then updated in the my account area to 'application being verified your funds will be sent shortly' Stayed like this all the next day until i contacted them by phone and was told the underwriters were checking it. I held on the line while this was done and was then told to send in bank statements for the last 3 months. Wasted a whole day waiting for these ineficient clowns to stall the application still further. Complete waste of space.

Don't be fooled by the so called Provisionally Approved Crap!! the meaning of Provisionally say it all. I Applied for loan and got provisionally Approved I sent them a statement and a photo copy of my debit card and got rejected a waste of time I have used other company's with no problems.
