I was very disappointed when I received my Visa. It was for 59 days and single entry to Philippines. I asked for multiple entries and 180 days. Why I am upset is no one told me when they sent my Visa it was different. I emailed and said someone would tell me what happened. Four days latter I called. They told me that the embassy makes the rules. I understand. I had to ask for the difference in the fee of $30.00 to get it back. If I did not they would not know or issue me the difference. A Good company could spend a few minutes making there clients fell like they care. Let the client know their Visa changed and issue a credit. They would make them better company, and be the Standard for other companies. They don't care be or there management dose not see this necessary. So they save money not doing a complete job a possibly keeping the difference in product you paid for.

Please look at your Visa to make sure it is what you ordered. I am lucky because I did.

I would use again only because I am aware of this know, and I would refer a friend. Warning them of course.

Needed a VISA for travel to China. They had an incredibly thorough checklist of items that neatly and clearly explained everything.

After paying, I was able to speak on the phone to the person handling my case. He walked through the checklist with me again and wound up making a few more items even clearer (needed to make sure my name was listed on the hotel reservation and also let me know I could NOT use the same photo from my passport for my visa...and since I just renewed my passport I had planned to do just that.).

Once he walked me through everything he emailed me a FEDEX shipping label. I gathered all my documents and passport and sent them off to FEDEX on Friday, January 26. They arrived the next day and I received email updates every time a new step in the process was completed. To my surprise, I received notice that everything was complete just 6 days later and today, Feb 2, I have my passport with VISA in hand.

Could not have been easier or faster. Also, they accept credit card payment ONLINE which is much better than the other companies I looked at who either wanted a check or for me to write out my credit card info on a piece of paper and submit with my application. That did NOT seem safe to send my passport and a credit card number off to someone I didn't know.

Not sure about their passport services, but for this Visa, they were fantastic!

Service was great, i was a little concerned at first, about whether or not i chose a reliable and redible company, but my concern was unnecessary as the company was not only reliable, but the service was superb, i would fully recommend them, and i shall be using this company in the future, very good experience,

These people kept my money and didn't get me any visa. Then they said the embassy kept my money. Pure B.S. Do not patron this company!!!

rushmypassport.com will Lie and Cheat you out of your money $250 rush fee and processing fee, and not provide ur passport or any services on the designated day all has agreed. Nobody will call you or text you, no one... an addition they ask you to put a money order or pay with a card in there for the amount of $270 for the actual passport agency - embassy fee. and for any meter you wont use there service. they will hold full amount of rush fee and also commingle - convert embassy fees to there account also!!!! so you wont get nothing!!!

These guys did a good job for me when another visa application center that I had used just prior to using this company, well they dropped the ball on it for me, so it caused me to scramble the last two weeks before my departure date.
