Using illegal registrations on their website, my visa was refused twice after I paid for migrate me services and also 2 x levy charges to the Austrailan government. Basically in short they have no idea what they are doing and are the reason my visa got refused, this was after an Austrailan agent looked into the company and my files. I am currently suing this company with a London based law firm.

Do not touch this company with a barge pole. The service we have experienced has been quite traumatic. To cut a long story short we paid the high cost to use their migration service and we realised there was no way we would be able to go out to Australia on my husband's occupation which they basically never told us, just tried to make short cuts so we could try and enter Oz. We were not happy a d their ethics we feel were not right so within the 14 days of payouts g the mo ey we asked for a refund within their cooling g off period on our contract. Put it like this, I am still waiting for the rest of my refund over a year later and we have suffered financially due to this. I have emailed and spoke to them countless times but get a response but no refund. It is appaling that any company I this day and age can treat their clie ts 8n this manner. I am having to take this further now. I would like an explanation from somebody senior 8n this company.

We went with Migrate Me as they offered the most comprehensive service to us. Considering our age and not being very good dealing with paperwork I think it was a correct decision to go through a professional company. We just got the news that our Super Visa application for Canada has been approved and we can't wait to make our move. I have been driven to write this negative review about Migrate Me after numerous emails sent and a no response. After having an initial assessment and numerous conversations I was told that I had a good chance of migrating and my skill set was in demand. This was in the summer of 2017 and we are now in 2019 and I am over a thousand pound worse off with no migration, a deadly silence when I question what is happening. I have complied and spent funds of my own getting all the necessary paperwork to the person I dealt with not only in a timely manner but have been more communicative in terms of what paperwork I have. In 2018 it seemed the course of action I was told to embark on changed and so was advised to take on a different approach. This confused me and caused me grave concern as I then went and approached a regulated Immigration consultant who advised that the course of action was taking would amount to nothing and it was down to sheer luck if I was successful rather than being originally advised I would enter a points based pool system. When I questioned this with the person I dealt with I was told that a manager would call me. I received a call from Siso who advised that Migrate Me would resolve my issue by accrediting one of my certificates from another educational institution other than WES. Now nearly 5 months since that conversation and numerous emails I am none the wiser. I want to know who regulates Migrate Me as I have kept all the email communications and I would never want this to happen to anyone else. I will now be seeking further legal advice on this matter.

Just had my daughter’s visa come through. I’m ever so thankful to Migrate me team for sorting everything out right from securing her admission to getting her visa granted without having to do much apart from providing the required documents. Hassle free service and I would use them again if need be.

DO NOT USE!!! An employee of Migrate Me, told me that he could 100% guarantee me a visa if I went through them, this despite me already filing all of my paperwork and submitting my application for the IEC visa to Canada prior to coming across this company. Upon paying the £390 fee they told me that there was absolutely no way they could guarantee any visa but would help me out with the paperwork, which I did not need. Fair enough I though and after talking to a different employee, was told that I would be given my refund straight away. This was on the 12th February 2018, it is now 30th April and, after being passed over to another employee, who seems to be the ultimate snake in the grass with the worst client care I have ever come across in my life, am still here waiting for my money to be returned. Do not use this company if you want honesty, integrity and at least the minimum concern for clients.

Migrate Me has taken care of me whilst they dealt with my journey to becoming British. I am glad to say I am officially British now and it’s all thanks to Migrate Me. My journey went so smooth and well, I never had anything to worry about. The information and advice I was given throughout the process were second to none and again I am very pleased with the service they provided and I will be recommending Migrate Me to my friends and family.

Genuinely give a damn about your outcome. Got a refusal for something ridiculous which is sooooo disheartening. Instead of palming me off I was told to dust myself off and try again. Another application was submitted with extra paperwork and we got our permanent residency 6 months later. I would like to add that they didn’t even charge us any extra and just wanted to get us there! Thank you, everyone, at MIgrate Me. Will definitely recommend you to others

If I could give zero stars I would. Don't even think of using them. Worst services ever! They will collect your money and refuse to refund you. The person I dealt with is the worst to deal with. No response after paying to him. As soon as I changed my mind about applying for a student route to Canada he no longer picked my calls or replied my emails. I regret ever dealing with this company, they never gave me the best information to begin with. I really hope no one else makes the same mistake I made.
