At least it keeps people in work sending out parts

Lived in my house nearly a year where i have a nice Howdens kitchen and a awful Lamona oven.first the fan kept sticking and making a graunching noise , then the element went.(the replacement came quickly).this element was broken within 3 months and they sent a free replacement (again quickly).Now the thermostat has gone wrong.I have a separate oven thermostat and I can see there is a massive difference between the true reading and the oven one.There is also a design fault that the bars on the shelves are too close and with a lip on the front you can not push the dishes from underneath.
The good points are, if it works long enough to cook anything the doors are easy to get apart to clean, and the parts replacement service is very fast as they must be very busy.
