I ordered champagne flutes from this company on the 5th of march 2017, it's now 12th of may and I have not received them as yet. The communication between customer and the company is very poor!! I had to chase them twice to find out what was happening with my order. They are never in a hurry to reply to your query, however they are very prompt in taking the money from your account. This was taking out of my account as soon as I placed the order back in march.
I should have been informed at the start itcwould take a long time before they would be delivered due to stock issues.

im still waiting to hear about my refund I requested as I can't Wait any longer for my purchases.
