I placed an order 10 January and am still waiting I have sent 3 emails asking when they think I might receive them but nobody has replied. This is so poor. I think a customer service course would be very beneficial to them as the alternative is that theyr are just ignorant

Received my 3 flower girl baskets today, I must say I’m absolutely delighted with them, I’ve been looking for months for the right baskets but always felt they were too small the one’s I was seeing ( I have a 13 years old flower girl) I thought I would try the ones I seen on favour this, I’m so glad I did, there perfect for what I want, I’m soooo glad I found this site, and the bonus is I got a lovely lady calling me after I placed my order to say that the baskets would be dispatched a few days later, could not ask for better customer service

I Placed the order for ribbon on the 9th may, saying it would take a couple of days to arrive. 9 days later no ribbon.

I have contacted them on Facebook and they have even read the messages and not replied.

Last minute we had to look for a flower girl basket and favor this was the only one that did next day delivery ( even Amazon couldn't top is!) I couldn't find the option for next day delivery and emailed the company asking for next day delivery, Next morning I receive at 7.30am an email.. It's being posted without any extra costs.. I'm was speechless and so pleased with this kind gesture! This kind of service is more than fantastic! I will report back when we receive the flower basket tomorrow! As you can imagine the excitement levels are up as the wedding is this Saturday!

I ordered 1 pack of 10 of the small red favour bag to check the colour for my daughters upcoming wedding. They arrived promptly and are perfect. I have now ordered & received 9 further bags to complete our requirement. The bags are good quality and were good price. Both orders were fulfilled promptly and packaged well.
